The card runs only when a person with the right permission clicks Confirm. Money actions are admin only. There is no delete.
What it can do

- Ask in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu: "saare confirmed orders PostEx pe book karo".
- Knows the page you are on: "this order", "these ticked rows" or "this chat" means what is on your screen.
- Order from a WhatsApp chat: it reads the conversation, drafts the order with product, address and city, and you edit and confirm it.
- Reads payment screenshots and voice notes in the chat (voice notes transcribed to Roman Urdu); always marked read-only, never auto-verified.
- Read-only answers from your data: profit, failed deliveries, stock cover, payables.
- Actions it can prepare: book PostEx or Leopards corporate, make retail booking sheets, cancel or confirm orders, edit an order, retry failed deliveries, mark delivered/returned, refresh tracking, create a COD order, add creators and vendors, send PR packages, log expenses, run production, pay loan instalments.
- A confirm card for every action, with permissions and admin-only money actions enforced.
- Reports on demand: P&L, balance sheet, payables, cash forecast, plus any ad-hoc table with a chart, Excel download and print-to-PDF.

Questions about the assistant
Can the assistant change data without me knowing?
No. It can only read data on its own. Every action becomes a card that a person with the right permission must confirm. There is no delete action at all.
Which languages does it understand?
English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, including voice typing that mishears courier names. You choose the reply language per brand.
Does it use my data to train a model?
We never use your data to train models. To answer a question, the question and the relevant rows are sent to the AI model provider for that answer only.
