How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product and no card is needed. Pick a plan when the trial ends; your data stays where it is.
What counts as an order?
Any order that enters your order list in a month, from any channel. Cancelled orders do not count.
What is an AI request?
One message to the assistant, by text or voice. Automatic WhatsApp messages do not count.
What happens if I go over my limits?
Nothing stops. We message you and suggest the next plan; you move up when it suits you.
Do I pay extra for WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your business. Your subscription covers the inbox, templates and automations.
Is the annual price really two months free?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and use 12.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The only one-time fee is the optional custom store build.
Can I pay in PKR?
Yes, by bank transfer at the day's rate. Ask us on the contact page.
