Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Storagentic software and services ("Service") provided at https://app.storagentic.com. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of the business you represent.

2. Accounts and brands

You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite and the permissions you give them, and for keeping credentials secure. Each brand you add is a separate data space; you must have the right to process the data you bring into it.

3. Plans, trial and billing

The Service is sold as monthly or annual subscriptions by plan, with limits on orders, brands, team members and AI requests as published on the pricing page. Every plan starts with a free trial; no card is needed to start. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are paid in advance and are not refunded for unused months except where the law requires. Exceeding a limit does not interrupt the Service; we will ask you to move to a suitable plan. Third-party charges (WhatsApp conversations, courier fees, payment gateways, hosting for a custom store) are billed by those providers to you.

4. Custom store build

The custom store build is a one-time service fee covering design, build, connection to your account and a hand-over. Domain, hosting, payment gateway and later design changes are not included. You own your content and brand assets; we may reuse generic components.

5. Connected services

Connecting Shopify, WooCommerce, the WhatsApp Business API, Meta, courier accounts or other services is subject to those providers' own terms. You authorise us to access them on your behalf to provide the Service. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or policy changes.

6. AI assistant

The assistant produces answers and prepares actions from your data. Answers may be wrong or incomplete; actions run only after a person in your team confirms them, and you are responsible for what you confirm. Do not rely on the assistant as professional accounting, legal or tax advice.

7. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, break WhatsApp or courier policies, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, probe or overload our systems, or resell the Service without agreement. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the Service at risk.

8. Your data

You own your data. We process it as described in the privacy policy and only to provide and improve the Service. You can export your data at any time. On termination we delete or anonymise it within 90 days except where retention is required by law.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support channels and response targets depend on your plan.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and code remain ours and our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while subscribed. Feedback you give may be used without obligation.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the app; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach with notice, or immediately for serious breach or legal necessity.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
